How to Thaw :
Thawing in the Refrigerator - Thaw in the fridge at 36°F (2.2°C) for at least 12 hours.
Thawing in Cold Water - Submerge the sealed pack in cold water for 2 hours.
Thawing in Microwave - Transfer to a microwave-safe container, choose the defrost option and microwave for (2 to 3 minutes)
Tips : The slower and more gradually you thaw frozen chicken breasts, the better the quality and the tastier they’ll be when cooked.
How to cook :
Microwave - Microwave thawed chicken breast for 1 min to 1min 30
Air Fryer - Set the air fryer temperature between 300°F and 325°F, and cook for 3 minutes.
Oven - Set the oven temperature to 400°F, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Tips : Cooking times may vary depending on the differences in appliances and the degree of thawing of the chicken breast. If the product is still cold after cooking, please reheat it additionally.
